Ashes are handled one piece at a time
Work is done in a clean, controlled environment
Any unused ashes are returned to the client
I personally complete each piece (not outsourced)***Only a small amount of ashes is needed for each piece (approximately half a teaspoon).

How to measure your wrist:
Using a soft measuring tape or string, wrap it around your wrist where you naturally wear your bracelet. If using string, mark the length and measure it against a ruler for your exact size.
